Asstra AG takes the following principles for the basis of personnel policy:

  • Each member of our team represents a basic element of AsstrA’s business;
  • Staff is our most important asset;
  • An employee engaged in the team where everyone shares common ideas is sure to bring success to the company;
  • Effective coordination of the team and human resources is the primary goal of AsstrA management;
  • By creating favorable conditions for work and recreation we satisfy employee’s moral and material needs;
  • Of great importance is a personality – individuality, willingness to go on learning, collective creative work, team spirit, openness, honesty;
  • Specialist’s professional skills and the company’s intention to motivate staff perfection.

Basic principles of Asstra AG are brought into practice through:

  • Adherence to democratic style of company’s management and constant delegation of powers expansion at all levels of administration;
  • Forming a clear company structure and its every year adaptation to changing situation;
  • Creation and arrangement of working places providing the employees with all necessary for successful activity and the most comfortable conditions for constant raise of labour efficiency; 
  • Motivation, encouragement of staff initiative and enthusiasm, new ideas and projects;
  • Openness to dialogue with each team member, readiness to discuss and solve the problems; 
  • Acceptance of common value system by all employees of the company;
  • Forming, execution and constant improvement of motivation programs;
  • Forming and execution of developing and educational programs carried out individually and in groups;
  • Forming and continuos extension of social measures package for company’s staff;
  • Participation in public charity actions.

Developing and educational programs
According to one of the main principles of company’s personnel philosophy “Development and perfection come first” we work at the improvement of our staff professional competence.  Company provides financial assistance (upon agreement) to each employee who decides to get additional education.

Social measures
Social orientation of the company’s politics is reflected first of all in care about its workers. Asstra AG provides the staff with free meals (lunches), organizes regular sport and leisure activities. It is a tradition that employees get presents on their birthdays, on birthdays of their children and on weddings.

Public charity actions
Besides taking care of its staff welfare the company participates in public actions providing material support to unprotected population sections, orphanages and special charity funds. These financial contributions are done on voluntary basis as a rule but Asstra AG undertook it as a regular practice.

Furthermore the mission of the company is the spreading of our knowledge, experience and principles in business surrounding. We concern for those who are around us thus we want to cultivate honesty, openness and decency in the society.
