AsstrA Polska, a branch office of the international Logistics Holding AsstrA, has taken the 68-th place in the Top-500 Logistic Companies according to the results of the year 2010. The companies participated in the contest were considered to be the most successful companies in Poland, constituting the basis for logistics in the country.

For 6 years already the company Data Group Consulting together with Eurologistics magazine have been awarding Polish logistics companies with the‘Logistics Oscar’ according to the Top-500 results. The Top list considers financial and economic indicators, reported by the government and the data declared by the participants in the application forms. One of the most important factors is the position of the company in the annual rating of most successful companies of the TSL sector, composed by Rzeczpospolita magazine and SGH university beginning from 1996 year.

The main condition for participating in this contest is being involved in Logistics. Moreover, the company should make at least 50% of its profit from freight-forwarding services. For taking part in the TSL contest each company should fill in an application form, where the data on the income amount and development dynamics are indicated.

AsstrA Polska has been a regular participant of the competition since 2006. Every year our company provides for the contest organizers a report on the sales dynamics, operational margin, return on equality, financial liquidity, assets rotation, etc. The results of these data analysis show that AsstrA Polska strengthens its positions in the polish market every year, comparing to 2007, when the company was only on the 141-st place. The 68-th place in the TOP-500 list in 2010 proves that AsstrA moves in the right direction.

The top 4 companies of the rating were awarded with symbolic figures- Logistics Oscars. 9 more companies were given laureate certificates ‘Logistics operator of the year 2010’. AsstrA Polska has been demonstrating active and dynamic evolution in the polish market for more than 10 years already, which is reflected in the annual progress of the company in national ratings. All these make us sure that in the nearest future the Logistics Oscar will be among AsstrA’s awards and sertificates!
