The merger process for two AsstrA offices in Moscow has finished successfully. On November 10 the joint office begins operations with a new name and under a new address. Now AsstrA is represented in Moscow with a recently recorded legal entity AsstrA Rus, Ltd.  The offices consolidation helps AsstrA to optimize internal business processes and to enhance cooperation. Also these changes allow to respond to our clients’ requests faster and to make logistics solutions more effective.

 

“We implement all managerial decisions after considerable deliberation. This year the necessity to restructure Moscow office has become more obvious. The first reason for the change is based on the previously adopted AsstrA’s Group strategy. Another reason is that the number of our personnel is steadily increasing; hence there is an evident need for closer cooperation between employees.
